Vibranium offers a 30-day return policy on all Vibranium Products purchased through our website www.vibranium.co.in to offer full satisfaction and assurance in the purchase. This policy only applies to products purchased through the website.

If you were not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Vibranium for any reason, you may write us your refund request to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of purchase with the relevant data.

Conditions of Refund :

• The specified product can only be purchased on the Vibranium website.
• A refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Only if the product is faulty, does not operate correctly, or is compatible with the computer hardware or operating system.
• Refund will Proceed after the report of the Vibranium Support team and Rnd team of unable to resolve or fulfil product feature at your satisfaction level.
• Licence transferred to other names will not consider for refund.

For Club Membership

• Vibranium Club Membership is non-refundable.
• Club Membership is only for Active Partners of Vibranium.
• Club Membership is for 1 year Only.
• Club Membership is not Upgradable.
